LivingTopia delivers furniture and home products to addresses throughout New Zealand.
Delivery options and shipping charges are calculated based on your order and delivery address. The available delivery charge will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on factors such as the delivery location, the products in your order, and the size and weight of the shipment.
The applicable shipping charge will be calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product, delivery destination and carrier.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.
Some larger furniture orders or orders containing multiple items may be delivered in more than one shipment.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after a shipment has been collected by the carrier.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or is already in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
A single order can only be delivered to one delivery address.
If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete, additional re-delivery or freight charges may apply.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking information shows an unexpected delivery status, or your order has not arrived as expected, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
