Here at LivingTopia, We are dedicated to delivering your order swiftly and efficiently. 

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Castle Parcels, NZPost and KiwiExpress Couriers delivery.

 02:00 PM New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland)

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer to ship within New Zealand.

Products Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Cost & Shipping Time

Shipping Cost

We charge shipping depending our your shipping address.

Shipping Time:

Generally, our handling time is 1-2 business days, and our transit time is 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking:

We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website's Order Tracking page. You can also track your order through our website, the Order Tracking page, by using the order number and email.

Change of Delivery Address

We must keep the delivery address for your order the same once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at contactus@livingtopia.co.nz. 

Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products delivered to different addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.

Items Not Received/Missing
If you experience a lost, missing, or undelivered delivery, you must claim within 2 Days.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address. Bravado Jewelry takes no responsibility for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or if they are requested to be left with a neighbour or an outbuilding.
